Global Speech and Rehab Services is a Miami-based pediatric speech-language therapy center dedicated to empowering children from diverse backgrounds with the communication skills they need to thrive. We serve our community across clinical, school, and community-based settings, offering speech, feeding, and AAC services.

- check_circleMaintain precise documentation within the EMR/EHR system
- check_circleTrack insurance authorizations and ensure required paperwork is complete
- check_circleManage daily patient scheduling, intake, and check-in/check-out processes
- check_circleAnswer phone calls promptly and take detailed, accurate messages
- check_circleMaintain office supply inventory levels
- check_circleHandle patient concerns with care and escalate issues to the Practice Manager
Requirements
