About the Role
We are seeking a caring and detail-oriented Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. This role is designed for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who shares our dedication to patient care. You will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, managing front desk operations with a friendly and professional attitude. Your day will involve scheduling appointments, coordinating follow-ups, reviewing lab results, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, providers, and insurance companies. As a key member of the workflow, you will also handle insurance verification, process referrals, and maintain accurate, confidential patient records within our EMR system.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
