About the Role
The Patient Service Associate is the face of our Alternative Treatment Center (ATC) in Lebanon, NH. This position is designed to provide a consultative buying experience, ensuring a transformative guest experience by partnering with each patient to find the best available product for their specific needs. You will serve as a guide for qualifying patients and caregivers, helping them navigate their options with authenticity and enthusiasm.
In this dynamic start-up environment, your role will evolve based on the organization's needs and patient demands. You will be part of a high-energy team that thrives on improvising to overcome unexpected challenges while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance.
