Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleDeliver in-depth disease state and product education to patients and caregivers
  • check_circleRespond to customer inquiries and triage patients to appropriate resources
  • check_circleMaintain comprehensive understanding of regional payor and customer trends
  • check_circleCollaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve complex patient issues
  • check_circleIdentify and resolve patient-specific barriers to treatment access
  • check_circleProvide care coordination as a liaison with sales, access managers, and specialty pharmacies
  • check_circleConduct in-person and virtual education programs including injection training
  • check_circleEnsure compliance with all corporate, legal, and regulatory requirements
