Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDeliver in-depth disease state and product education to patients and caregivers
- check_circleRespond to customer inquiries and triage patients to appropriate resources
- check_circleMaintain comprehensive understanding of regional payor and customer trends
- check_circleCollaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve complex patient issues
