The Patient Education Manager is a field-based member of the commercial team responsible for supporting the patient-centric business model. In this role, you will respond to the needs of patients and caregivers through engagement, education, care coordination, and the resolution of treatment access barriers.
You will establish strong relationships with people living with rare neuroendocrine diseases and their caregivers, serving as an integral resource throughout their journey. You will provide support and connect patients and healthcare providers to resources that may be helpful in optimizing patient care, while working collaboratively within a team environment. Your territory will cover primarily Dallas, TX and surrounding areas, though this may evolve as business needs change.
