About the Role
The Patient Care Assistant assists patient care unit staff with delegated tasks of direct and indirect patient care, supporting nursing practice under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. This role carries out designated activities within the functions limited by law to unlicensed nursing personnel. The skills and responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) align closely with those of a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) and Patient Care Technician (PCT), making this a great opportunity for those with CNA experience.
You will be hired to work at either the Saint Marys Hospital or Rochester Methodist Hospital Campus. Hiring Incentive
Currently, we are offering a $2,500 hiring incentive for candidates hired for night shift positions within select inpatient work units. Eligibility details will be shared during the interview process.
