About the Role
As a Pastry Cook 1 at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, you will be the heartbeat of our bakery operations. This role is designed for a culinary professional ready to oversee daily bakery outlet activities while assisting with the broader culinary supervision of menu categories and specific recipes. You will ensure that every item produced meets our exacting standards for timing, quality, temperature, portion, and presentation.
In this position, you will partner with Leads and Chefs to deliver exceptional bakery items across all resort restaurant outlets and banquets. Your day-to-day involves executing complex pastry techniques—from scaling and mixing to proofing, baking, decorating, and finishing. You will be responsible for replicating recipes with precision, preparing custom wedding cakes and show pieces, and managing inventory and production plans. Additionally, you may find yourself engaging directly with our guests, explaining cooking techniques or conducting promotional cooking demonstrations, ensuring that every interaction reflects the magic of Disney.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
