The Partner Experience team owns the programs that underpin partner success with customers. We enable account teams to get hands-on help driving adoption through workshops, rollouts, and proofs-of-concept. Our mission is to make partner-led delivery a fast, repeatable, and trusted motion: customers receive expert activation, partners get a clear path to deliver and get paid, and Anthropic scales adoption far beyond what our internal team could deliver directly.
This role owns the operational spine of the Client's Partner Request program. While the front of the funnel (intake to matching) is running smoothly, the path from "engagement delivered" to "documentation collected for payment" has historically been run ad hoc across systems with no single owner. As volume grows to approximately 130+ engagements annually with ~50 active partners, this position ensures that engine runs cleanly end-to-end.
You will manage the lifecycle of over 1,000 individual scoping documents, ensuring every engagement is properly scoped, funded where eligible, and documented for payment. This is a high-velocity role where you will live on chasing artifacts to closure, maintaining a high-volume, multi-party tracker that others depend on for accuracy. You will coordinate between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring that the transition from delivery to payment is seamless and compliant.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
