This position serves as a critical bridge between our commercial strategy and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of commercial proposals and contracts within the highly regulated medical device industry. Your work ensures that every RFP response, distributor agreement, and pricing proposal aligns with company policies, customer requirements, and strict industry standards such as the FDA regulations and the Sunshine Act.
In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to structure strategic deals and maintain a compliant contract lifecycle. You will analyze pricing and margins to support deal structuring while ensuring all documentation adheres to current legal and compliance guidelines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities while continuously seeking process improvements to streamline proposal development and contract approval workflows.
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with qualifications and performance taken into account. The typical pay range for this position is $80,000 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives, plus benefits. VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
