About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Lead and Subject Matter Expert to serve as the critical bridge between business strategy and technical execution within our New York-based team. This 12+ month engagement focuses on driving the implementation of Salesforce-based solutions tailored specifically for the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance sector.
In this role, you will not only lead requirements gathering and solution design but also ensure that our Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments effectively support complex insurance business objectives. You will work directly with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, and Customer Service to translate domain-specific challenges into scalable, user-centric Salesforce configurations. Your work will define how we manage leads, opportunities, campaigns, and agent engagement, ensuring seamless integration with policy administration and claims platforms.

Requirements
