About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, commercially savvy, and proactively minded Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team. This is a senior, hands-on role supporting the General Counsel across three core pillars: commercial contract lifecycle management, multi-jurisdiction corporate compliance, and IP/patent portfolio administration.
From day one, you will own Pixalate's contract centralization in Salesforce, manage annual MST update workflows, and coordinate NTC notice campaigns across our client base. You will also build and maintain the systems that keep our legal operations running cleanly. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of in-house or law-firm experience at a technology or SaaS company and is comfortable operating with significant autonomy in a fast-moving environment. Comfort with AI-assisted legal workflows, including tools like Claude, is a meaningful plus.
