In this position, you will deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing and leading effective front-end operations. You will serve as a key partner to the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Company programs while upholding our Brand Promises. Your day will involve leading omnichannel processes, managing team performance to achieve key results, and acting as the Manager on Duty to guide the store's daily rhythm.
You will be the face of the brand, interacting with customers in an accepting and respectful manner to help them find products and solutions. Beyond customer service, you will play an active role in the physical operations of the store, from truck unloading and stocking to managing shrink and safety programs. In select locations, you may also lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions. This role requires a positive attitude and the ability to remain a role model for others, even in challenging situations.
