About the Role
This position is designed to deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing and leading effective front-end operations. You will serve as a key partner to the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Company programs while maintaining high store recovery standards to fulfill our Brand Promises.
In this role, you will lead omnichannel processes and manage the execution of in-store events. You will act as the Manager on Duty (MOD), guiding the customer experience team on the sales floor and at the register. Your day will involve coaching team members, observing performance, and supporting talent development to ensure everyone achieves their KPIs. You will also play an active role in the physical operations of the store, from truck unloading and stocking to managing shrink and safety programs. In select locations, you may also lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions.
