About the Role

This position is a vital part of our store leadership team, dedicated to ensuring every crew member is "Wowing the Customer" through personal contact. You will train the team on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, ensuring every guest enjoys a fast and friendly checkout. Beyond customer interactions, you will oversee daily store activities, manage the receiving and organization of new stock, and support the onboarding and ongoing training of associates.

As a key leader on the floor, you will act as the Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and addressing urgent issues. You will also manage the entire process of opening and closing the store, securing cash, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your role involves partnering with the store leadership team to drive sales, control expenses, and maintain store standards through active merchandising and maintenance.
