In this position, you will be the face of our brand at the Denver Lakewood location, delivering a customer-centric shopping experience by managing effective front-end operations. You will lead omnichannel processes and maintain store recovery standards to ensure we deliver on our Brand Promises.
Your day will involve serving as the Manager on Duty (MOD), assisting the Store Manager in leading adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will be responsible for planning and leading in-store events, managing shrink and safety programs, and coaching the customer experience team to achieve their goals. Whether you are acknowledging customers, helping them locate products, or participating in truck unloading and stocking, your role is to project a positive image and remain respectful even in difficult situations.
In select stores without a dedicated Framing Manager, you will also lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions, managing the framing workload in partnership with the Store Manager. This role requires physical activity, including standing for long periods, lifting heavy boxes, and accessing high shelves, within a public retail setting that includes climate-controlled public areas and potentially non-climate-controlled stock rooms.
