We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Receptionist and File Clerk to support our busy Phoenix office. This role serves as the first point of contact for our clients and the operational hub for our front desk. You will manage the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors while handling the flow of daily administrative tasks.
In this position, you will balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously, from greeting clients and directing them to the appropriate team members to managing conference room schedules and handling sensitive mail and documents. The role requires a high level of accuracy and organizational skill to maintain both electronic and physical case files, scan documents, and process incoming and outgoing correspondence. You will work closely with the legal team to provide seamless administrative support, ensuring the office runs smoothly during your shift.
