The Department of Arts and Humanities invites applications for a Part-time Faculty member in Art. This role is designed for an educator who can teach studio art courses, including basic drawing, as well as art history. The successful candidate will bring a demonstrated record of excellence in teaching and a deep commitment to serving our diverse adult student body.
In this position, you will work closely with the Academic Program Director and fellow faculty to ensure program quality, student engagement, and success. Your day-to-day involves fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment while providing substantive, timely feedback on student assessments. You will also identify at-risk students to collaborate with student services and contribute to the continuous improvement of course content.
