About the Role
We are seeking a Part-time RN Clinical Manager for our Assistive Care State Programs office located in Columbia, MO. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide exceptional care. Your day will involve visiting Assistive Care clients to conduct assessments, developing care plans, and overseeing their execution. Additionally, you will supervise HHAs and CNAs staff in the field and facilitate new hire orientation and competencies for both new and tenured staff.
This position offers a flexible schedule of 16-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with paid weekly compensation. The role provides significant advancement opportunities and growth potential within our organization.
