About the Role

As a Part Time Caregiver, you will be the vital link between our clients and their independence. We strive to match you with clients whose personalities and care needs align perfectly with your skills, ensuring a harmonious and effective partnership. Whether you prefer a flexible schedule or are looking for consistent hours, we work with you to tailor your shifts to your availability. Your day-to-day involves providing personalized support, companionship, and care, while utilizing our technology to document visits and communicate effectively with our team. We recognize your hard work through regular acknowledgments and offer shift bonuses for fill-in opportunities.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must meet specific safety and qualification standards, including a valid driver's license, a clean DMV record, and a negative TB screening within the last 90 days. The process involves passing extensive background checks, including Live Scan fingerprinting, and verifying registration on the California Home Care Aide Registry. Once hired, you will receive paid training to ensure you are fully prepared to deliver high-quality care.
