Culture & Support
We prioritize the safety and well-being of our team. We maintain a 24/7 COVID Rapid Response Team, provide necessary PPE supplies (masks, face shields, gowns, and gloves), and offer safety precautions training. We also assist with gathering resources and county testing.
Our team offers 24/7 caregiver support and year-round recognition programs. We continually invest in our caregivers' knowledge and skills, offering paid training courses and ongoing development opportunities. Caregivers who complete 22 courses will have their Care Academy training paid for. We also offer unlimited employee referral bonuses.

Requirements
