Furry Fellas Pet Service LLC is dedicated to providing exceptional care for pets while maintaining a supportive and dynamic remote work environment. We are looking for a Part Time Client Care Coordinator to join our team and help us manage the day-to-day operations of our growing business.
As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our client communication and scheduling efforts. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced remote setting and takes pride in maintaining a quiet, distraction-free home office. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and staff, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
Your day will involve managing a variety of tasks, from scheduling reservations and arranging pet care coverage to handling client inquiries via email and phone. You will also be responsible for maintaining our client management systems and cloud documents, ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date. Additionally, you will handle invoicing and payment processing, keeping our financial records organized and current.
The schedule for this position is flexible and varies by week, with shifts published a month in advance to allow for personal planning. You will be expected to work day or evening shifts and must be available every other weekend. Occasional holiday check-ins are also required, where you will monitor for client and staff emergencies from any location with an internet or phone connection. For the right individual, there is a clear opportunity for growth into a full-time role and advancement within the company.
Interested candidates should submit their application via the Client Care Coordinator application on our Employment page at https://www.furryfellaspetsitting.com/about-us/employment/. We encourage veterinary receptionists and pet reservation specialists to apply.
Furry Fellas Pet Service LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
