About the Role

Certified Mobile Notary Service is seeking a Notary Appointment Scheduler to join our team remotely. In this position, you will serve as the vital link between our network of notaries and their customers, ensuring documents are notarized in local areas in a timely manner.

Your primary responsibility involves calling notaries to coordinate and schedule appointments. You will manage the logistics of these bookings, typing appointment details into emails and sending them to the notaries once scheduled. This role requires a pleasant phone voice and excellent communication skills to effectively correspond between parties in an agreement.

Work Environment & Schedule

This is a part-time position offering flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, starting at 9 AM in your local time zone. You will work approximately 25 hours per week from the comfort of your home, provided you have a reliable internet connection, a computer, and a wireless phone.

Compensation

Compensation is performance-based at $3.00 per scheduled notary signing appointment. With consistent effort, part-time workers can earn up to $300.00 per week.
