Part-Time Recruiter

Visiting Angels Living Assistance Services is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to join our team in the Plano/Lewisville office. As a vital member of our agency, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified caregivers to support our growing client base. This position ensures we maintain a reliable pipeline of compassionate and dependable caregivers who meet both company standards and state requirements for in-home care services.

In this role, you will work closely with the office team to fill open caregiver positions quickly while upholding high hiring standards. Your day-to-day will involve building relationships with local schools, training programs, and community groups to expand our reach, as well as managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job postings to onboarding. You will be the first point of contact for many candidates, evaluating their reliability, experience, and compassion to ensure they are the right fit for our families.
