About the Role
This position is based in our Nashville office. We are seeking a Paralegal to join our team to assist attorneys and practice groups in various types of legal matters. The role involves providing assistance in preparing legal documents, researching and compiling data, and maintaining responsibility for files, calendars, and meetings. The successful candidate will operate within a fast-paced, complex transactional environment, requiring the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
