About the Role
We are seeking a Painter to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will be the guardian of surface quality, ensuring every product meets our rigorous standards before it leaves the shop. You will work under general supervision to wash, wipe, and prepare fluid ends according to Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines and specific work instructions.
Your day-to-day involves operating various equipment, including RA and DA sanders and mill gages, to abrade surfaces of metal or hard-composition objects. You will remove adhering scale, sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt to prepare products for prime and paint. Beyond surface preparation, you will utilize forklifts and overhead hoists to move materials and handle heavy components throughout the shop. Maintaining a clean, orderly work area and assisting with routine equipment maintenance are essential parts of keeping our operations running smoothly.
