In this role, you will work harmoniously with customers, lead installers, and dispatchers to deliver high-quality service. The day-to-day involves a blend of technical mechanical work and soft skills training, requiring you to lead and train apprentices while maintaining a high standard of reliability and organization. You will utilize digital tools like ServiceMax to process work orders and manage dashboards, ensuring that every job is documented accurately and completed within budget and time guidelines.

- check_circleFollow installation manuals cover-to-cover and adhere to all applicable industry codes and regulations
