Founded in 1946 by Pierre Burelle, OPmobility (known until 2024 as Plastic Omnium) has transformed into a global leader in sustainable and connected mobility. With €11.5 billion in revenue, 152 factories, 40 R&D centers, and nearly 38,100 employees across 28 countries, we combine global scale with local impact. Our mission is to keep people and goods moving safely, smarter, and sustainably everywhere.
We develop technological solutions across four key areas: exterior and lighting systems, complex module integration, energy storage and electrification technologies, and embedded software. All driven by a shared ambition to accelerate the automotive energy transition.
Joining OPmobility means stepping into a global group where innovation is a natural part of everyday work. This role is designed to ensure the deployment of HSE policies, optimize paint processes, and coach teams to deliver maximum efficiency. You will operate at the intersection of technical excellence and people development, ensuring the paint line meets world-class standards of quality, service, and environmental compliance.
In this position, you will own the technical integrity of the paint database, stabilize and optimize painting area performance, and lead the validation of new technical solutions. You will work closely with other departments to solve joint problems and participate in continuous improvement activities covering cycle times, scrap reduction, and energy efficiency. Beyond the technical scope, a core part of your day involves establishing effective communication channels to realize the full potential of the paint tech team, ensuring everyone works toward common business goals.
At OPmobility, people truly matter. We are committed to building inclusive teams, promoting diversity and equality, and ensuring that every application is considered fairly. We believe the future of mobility is built by diverse perspectives, bold ideas, and people who dare to move forward. You will grow in an international environment where cutting-edge technologies, industrial excellence, and real-world impact come together to tackle the challenges of tomorrow's automotive industry.
Please note that this role operates under TISAX confidentiality level [Level 1], requiring appropriate handling of sensitive information. We look forward to reviewing your application and discussing how your experience aligns with our mission to shape the next generation of mobility.
