The HSE Manager serves as a strategic partner to operational leadership across Noble's Casing, Drilling, Trucking, and Well Services divisions. This position is dedicated to cultivating a robust safety-first culture, ensuring that every employee has the tools, training, and guidance necessary to work safely and efficiently. By bridging the gap between field operations and compliance requirements, the role drives continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.
In this capacity, you will lead day-to-day initiatives by providing direct field support, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing incident investigations. The role focuses on reducing workplace risks and enhancing employee engagement in safety processes. You will work closely with Operations Managers, District Managers, and field supervisors to ensure strict adherence to company, customer, local, state, and federal HSE regulations.
This position requires a hybrid approach, balancing office-based strategic planning with significant field presence. Employees will be exposed to active industrial environments, including moving mechanical equipment, varying weather conditions, and noise. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work practices are mandatory at all times. The role involves periodic travel (approximately 25%) to support HSE activities at various locations and field operations.

Experience developing and delivering HSE training programs. Experience with contractor compliance management systems. Experience with ERP systems and Salesforce. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5–7 years of related HSE experience. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification. OSHA 30 certification. CPR and First Aid Certification. Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification. Bilingual communication skills.
