Clean Harbors' Project Services Group is dedicated to safely executing large-scale technical remediation, environmental construction, and transportation and disposal projects both nationally and internationally. We serve a diverse customer base across regulatory, government, and military sectors. Our team operates with a turn-key approach, collaborating with industry professionals across Sales, Landfill, Incineration, Transportation, and TSDF networks to deliver exceptional customer service.
As a Branch Coordinator, you will be the operational heartbeat of our project execution. Your primary mission is to assemble work crews for upcoming projects and visit customer sites to ensure operations launch smoothly. Once a project begins, your focus shifts to upholding our #1 priority: Health & Safety. You will manage employee training, oversee supply inventory, secure coverage for emergency responses, and handle the daily assignment of personnel on project sites.
This role offers a dynamic day-to-day experience that blends office coordination with field presence. You will travel up to 25% to various locations to meet customers, interact with field personnel, and observe projects in action. While based at our Norwell, MA headquarters, you will act as the vital liaison between the office and the field, possessing independent authority to determine shift staffing and ensuring all operational procedures align with federal and state regulations.
At Clean Harbors, safety is not just a policy; it is a culture we live 3-6-5. We provide a positive and safe work environment where your growth is a priority. To join our team, candidates must complete an employment application and satisfy all employment requirements. The process includes a comprehensive pre-employment background check, drug screen, and an annual fit-for-duty physical. Successful candidates will be expected to adhere to all company policies and maintain current training certifications, including OSHA 40, RCRA, and DOT standards.
