As an Owner Operator, you will be a vital part of our dedicated, Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) intermodal team. This role focuses on transporting non-hazardous materials locally, with an average of 1,200 to 2,500 miles per week. You will operate a commercial vehicle while adhering to all DOT and company guidelines, ensuring positive interactions with company personnel, customers, and the general public.
Your day-to-day operations will involve driving up to 11 hours per day, completing required Electronic Logging Device (ELD) logs, and attending safety meetings as necessary. A key benefit of this position is that you will not be responsible for loading or unloading the freight. You can expect to be home every weekend, allowing for a balanced schedule while you earn a gross total weekly average of $2,600 to $3,600, paid weekly with a paid fuel surcharge.
To join our team, candidates must possess a Class A CDL without specific restrictions (such as Air Brakes, Night Driving, or Medical Variance) and have at least 3 years of Tractor Trailer experience. A valid Medical Exam is also required. We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus to qualified new hires.
We maintain high standards for our fleet. Your truck must be no older than 15 years, and overdimensional trucks are not permitted for this role.
