The Outside Sales Representative serves as the primary field representative for S&S Activewear within a designated geographic territory, combining strategic account development with new business acquisition. This dynamic position is designed for a sales professional who excels at building and nurturing comprehensive customer relationships while consistently driving revenue growth.
You will act as a strategic partner to business owners and key decision-makers, utilizing polished interpersonal skills and commanding presentation abilities to engage effectively. Success in this role requires transforming customer data into actionable business opportunities and executing systematic in-person account engagements. You will work in close partnership with Account Managers, balancing independent initiative with collaborative excellence to maximize customer engagement and sales potential.
This role demands an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong team orientation to ensure optimal territory coverage. It involves extensive field presence, with 3-4 days of weekly travel and quarterly overnight engagements, and requires the use of a personal vehicle for work-related travel.
