About the Role

This Outside Sales Representative position is designed for current or former athletes who thrive on competition, discipline, and measurable wins. The role exists to build a high-earning sales career where effort directly impacts income. You will spend your days in the field, meeting clients face-to-face, building relationships, and closing deals within your assigned local territory.

You will present supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium-sized business owners, managers, and employee groups. While the work is demanding and requires a full-time schedule, it offers the freedom to build your own book of business and income stream. After establishing your territory, you will enjoy schedule flexibility. This is a performance-paid role where you collaborate with a sales manager to set goals, track daily metrics, and generate new business through referrals, warm leads, and in-person prospecting.
