Arc3 is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive profitable sales growth at our Gastonia, NC location. This role exists to bridge the gap between our technical product offerings and the operational needs of our customers. You will act as a trusted expert, building strong relationships with both existing and potential clients while supporting the broader salesforce.
In this position, you will acquire in-depth knowledge of Arc3's products and services to provide expert advice. A significant portion of your day will involve visiting customer facilities to understand their processes and help them optimize operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, negotiations, and problem-solving, ensuring customers receive the highest level of service and safety.
Candidates must be willing to obtain a CDL Class B with Hazmat endorsement and a forklift license, provided by Arc3. The role requires a clean driving record and a valid NCDL to operate company vehicles. All employees are required to sign a nondisclosure of confidential information agreement.
