About the Role
The Route Sales Representative supports the Service Departments in meeting customer needs through up-selling, cross-selling, and providing excellent customer service. Reporting to the District Manager, this position is a vital link between our operations and our clients.
In this role, you will act as a reliable relief driver and a face of the company. Your day involves prospecting and engaging new customers within assigned routes, communicating with decision-makers to proactively resolve service concerns, and building loyalty through outstanding service. You will collaborate closely with service, sales, and operations teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards while maintaining accurate inventories and route books.
The work environment is dynamic, requiring daily travel on public roads to customer locations, industrial laundry facilities, service centers, or depots. You will operate vehicles, load and unload products, and move carts, working in both indoor and outdoor settings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety compliance.
