Arc3 is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for our Gastonia, NC location to drive profitable growth. This role exists to bridge the gap between our technical product offerings and the operational needs of our customers. You will serve as a trusted expert, building strong relationships with both existing and potential clients while supporting the broader salesforce.
In this position, you will acquire in-depth knowledge of Arc3's products to provide expert advice and regularly visit customer facilities to enhance their processes. Success in this role requires a blend of technical understanding and relationship building, ensuring that you not only sell products but also help customers optimize their operations and solve complex technical challenges.
Candidates selected for this role will be required to sign a nondisclosure of confidential information agreement as part of the onboarding process to ensure the protection of sensitive company and client data.
