About the Role
We are seeking a gracious, thoughtful, and motivated part-time Outdoor Recreation Concierge to maintain a sense of luxury at our pool while engaging with guests. This role is crucial to our service staff, ensuring quality service in one of our most highly visited amenities on property.
You will represent the essence of luxury with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service. Your day will involve greeting guests with a welcoming attitude, using their preferred names, and communicating with articulate verbiage. You will anticipate guest needs, providing personalized assistance with poolside amenities like towels and loungers, and sharing local expertise through first-hand knowledge and recommendations.
As a key member of the team, you will oversee pool, yoga, and other guest activities to ensure adherence to capacity and safety protocols. You will collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events, maintain the cleanliness of the pool area, and creatively resolve guest requests. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
