You will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors, ensuring a seamless and welcoming lobby presence. The role requires a hospitality-first mindset, strong situational awareness, and the ability to maintain calm, discreet, and detail-oriented operations while managing access control, deliveries, and concierge-style support.
