About the Role
We are seeking Full-Service Line Cooks to join our fast-paced kitchen teams. In this role, you will be accountable for all aspects of your assigned cooking stations, including setup, stocking, cooking, and presenting dishes according to Lazy Dog recipes. You will ensure that only fresh, high-quality ingredients are used and that proper recipes are followed and displayed during preparation.
Your day will involve striving to never serve a dish that does not meet Lazy Dog Standards, while maintaining a clean and organized workstation. You will be responsible for following food safety procedures, sanitizing equipment, and ensuring a safe work environment by adhering to all safety guidelines and using proper PPE. Additionally, you will demonstrate knowledge of your cooking equipment, handling startup, shut down, and maintenance tasks as needed.
