As a Sales Account Executive, you will be the vital connection between Lamar and the communities we serve. This role exists to bring innovative outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Clarksville, TN, and the surrounding areas. You will not only meet and exceed sales objectives in your assigned territory but also grow our relationships within the community.
A day in your life involves a dynamic mix of office work and field sales. You will target businesses, visit established clients and competitors, and identify potential growth areas to open new accounts. You will utilize our tools to locate prospects, prepare proposals, and present to clients regularly. Beyond the sales floor, you will actively participate in sales meetings, regional seminars, and trade shows, while managing administrative duties like maintaining sales plans and resolving client production issues. You will need to be comfortable making cold calls, exhibiting effective time management, and immersing yourself in the outdoor advertising industry to sell its unique benefits to businesses.
