About the Role
This is a Contract Driver position (1099, Team) focused on Over-The-Road (OTR) Line Haul and LTL operations. You will be driving Curtain Van and Refrigerated trailers with no driver load or unload responsibilities. The role offers an average of 3,000 to 6,000 miles per week per team, with a gross total weekly average pay of $4,000 to $4,800. Compensation is structured at 29% of the load.
Home Time & Schedule
Drivers can expect to be out for 14 to 21 days, though you have the flexibility to stay out longer if desired. Our schedule ensures you get 3 days of home time for every 14 days worked, guaranteeing you are home at least one weekend per month.
Hiring Process & Onboarding
We fly drivers out to our Texas location for orientation and cover all associated costs, including accommodation. To apply, candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions such as Air Brakes (L,Z), Night Driving (G), No Semi Trailer (O), or Intrastate Only (K), and possess at least 2 years of Tractor Trailer experience.
