About the Role
This is a Contract Driver (1099, Team) position focused on Over-The-Road (OTR) Line Haul and LTL operations. Drivers will operate Curtain Van and Refrigerated trailers with no driver load or unload responsibilities. The role involves an average of 3,000 to 6,000 miles per week per team, with a gross total weekly average pay of $4,000 to $4,800. Compensation is structured at 29% of the load value.
Hiring & Onboarding
We fly drivers out to our Texas location for orientation and cover all associated costs, including accommodation. To qualify, candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, Semi Trailers, or Intrastate-only operation, and possess at least 2 years of Tractor Trailer experience.
Home Time
Drivers can expect to be out for 14 to 21 days, though staying out longer is an option. The schedule includes 3 days of home time for every 14 days worked, ensuring time at home at least one weekend per month.
