About the Role
This is a Contract Driver (1099, Team) position focused on Line Haul and LTL operations using Curtain Van and Refrigerated trailers. As a team, you will handle OTR routes with an average of 3,000 to 6,000 miles per week. A key benefit of this role is that there is no driver load or unload required. The compensation structure is based on 29% of the load, with a gross total weekly average pay of $4,000 to $4,800 per team.
To get started, we will fly the driver out to our location in Texas for orientation and cover all associated costs, including accommodation. Regarding home time, you can expect to be out for 14 to 21 days, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you prefer. Our schedule ensures you get 3 days of home time for every 14 days worked, guaranteeing you are home at least one weekend per month.
