This opportunity is designed for drivers who want to excel in open deck operations while earning top-tier compensation. As a Contract Driver (1099, Solo), you will specialize in Double Drop, Step Deck, and Removable Gooseneck trailers on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. The role offers a minimum guaranteed weekly pay of $1,200 with a potential to earn up to $5,000 a week, averaging $3,000 gross weekly. You will be responsible for 25% of load/unload duties and tarping, covering an average of 1,900 to 2,700 miles per week.
The schedule is built to balance earnings with personal time. Drivers can expect to be out for 14 to 21 days, though you have the flexibility to stay out longer if desired. The structure ensures you get two days of home time for every 14 days worked, guaranteeing you are home at least one weekend per month.
We offer a comprehensive paid orientation to get you started. Accommodation is covered with drivers receiving their own room, and lunch is included. Additionally, the program covers some or all travel expenses to ensure a smooth transition.
