About the Role
Join a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life. As an OTR CDL A Refrigerated Driver, you will run over-the-road refrigerated freight with a driver-first company dedicated to delivering consistent pay, premium equipment, and real support.
The Experience
We prioritize your earnings and comfort. Our drivers enjoy a $1,400 weekly guarantee, with opportunities to easily out-earn it through practical miles and various bonuses including safety, performance, inspection, extended delivery, and layover pay. Detention pay starts immediately at $25/hour on all loads. You will also receive $80/day in per diem and paid orientation time.
Our equipment is built for the modern driver, featuring 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworths equipped with APUs, inverters, refrigerators, and free SiriusXM. We also offer 8 paid holidays, including your birthday, and paid vacation time.
Hiring Process
We arrange and pay to get you to orientation. To apply, you must meet the following criteria: hold a CDL-A for at least 12 months, be at least 21 years of age, have no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years, no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years, and pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen.
