The Day-to-Day
You will safely operate a CDL A tractor trailer transporting refrigerated freight across regional and national lanes. Your day involves managing reefer temperatures to maintain product quality, performing pretrip, enroute, and post-trip inspections, and adhering to all FMCSA regulations and Hours of Service. You will communicate professionally with dispatch and customers, maintain accurate logs and bills of lading, and handle freight securement as needed. The role requires adaptability to drive in all weather, traffic, and terrain conditions, as well as the physical ability to bend, squat, twist, and check trailer components.

Hiring Process
We arrange and pay for your travel to orientation. The process begins with a paid orientation time, followed by a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen. Successful candidates will be integrated into our team to begin their journey with us.

Requirements
- verified12 months of CDL-A experience
- verifiedMust be at least 21 years of age
- verifiedNo major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years
- verifiedNo DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years
