The Day-to-Day
You will safely operate a CDL A tractor trailer transporting refrigerated freight across regional and national lanes. Your day involves managing reefer temperatures to maintain product quality, performing pretrip, enroute, and post-trip inspections, and adhering to all FMCSA regulations including Hours of Service. You will communicate professionally with dispatch and customers while maintaining accurate logs and documentation. The role requires adaptability to drive in all weather, traffic, and terrain conditions, as well as the physical ability to load/unload as needed and inspect trailer components.

Hiring Process
We arrange and pay for your travel to orientation. The process begins with a paid orientation time to ensure you are ready to hit the road. Successful candidates must pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen and meet specific driving record requirements.

Requirements
- verified12 months of CDL-A experience
- verifiedMust be at least 21 years of age
- verifiedNo major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years
