About the Role

As an OTR CDL A Refrigerated Driver, you will run over-the-road refrigerated freight with a company dedicated to delivering consistent pay, premium equipment, and real support. This role exists to ensure the safe and timely transport of temperature-controlled goods across regional and national lanes, maintaining product quality through diligent monitoring and adherence to FMCSA regulations.

The Experience

You will drive 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworths equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators, ensuring a comfortable and modern driving environment. The position offers a $1,400 weekly guarantee with the potential to easily out-earn it through practical miles. Drivers benefit from a supportive culture that includes paid orientation, $80/day per diem, and specific pay for extended deliveries, layovers, and detention starting immediately on all loads.

Hiring Process

We arrange and pay to get you to orientation. Once you arrive, you will undergo a paid orientation period before beginning your route. The process is designed to be straightforward for qualified candidates ready to hit the road.
