The Day-to-Day
You will safely operate a CDL A tractor trailer transporting refrigerated freight across regional and national lanes. Your day involves managing reefer temperatures to maintain product quality, performing pretrip, enroute, and post-trip inspections, and adhering to all FMCSA regulations including Hours of Service. You will communicate professionally with dispatch and customers, maintain accurate logs and documentation, and handle freight securement as needed. The role requires adaptability to drive in all weather, traffic, and terrain conditions, as well as physical tasks like bending, squatting, and checking components under the trailer.

Hiring Process
We arrange and pay for your travel to orientation, which is a paid experience. Successful candidates must be able to pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen. We look for drivers with no major MVR or CSA violations within the last three years and no DUI/DWI convictions in the past five years.

Requirements
