Join a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life. As an OTR CDL A Refrigerated Driver, you will run over-the-road refrigerated freight with a driver-first company dedicated to delivering consistent pay, premium equipment, and real support.
The Experience
We prioritize your earnings and comfort. Our equipment includes 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworths, all equipped with APUs, inverters, refrigerators, and free SiriusXM. You will drive long distances across regional and national lanes, managing reefer temperatures to maintain product quality while adhering to FMCSA regulations.
Beyond the road, we offer a supportive environment with paid orientation, $80/day per diem, and immediate detention pay on all loads. We also provide 8 paid holidays, including your birthday, and a structured path for longevity where your earnings increase the longer you work with us.
Hiring Process
We arrange and pay to get you to orientation. To join our team, you must hold a valid CDL-A for at least 12 months, be at least 21 years of age, and pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen. Candidates must have no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years and no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years.
