About the Role
We are seeking Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer division. This role offers the opportunity to haul high-quality miles, specifically avoiding the East Coast and New York City areas. Drivers will operate new tractors and trailers, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience on the road.
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, is designed to reward longevity and hard work. Drivers start at 65 cents per mile with automatic raises as they grow with the company. In addition to base pay, drivers earn a $80 per diem, plus additional compensation for paid unloading, layovers, detention, and drop/pickup duties. We offer flexible home time and maintain a pet and passenger-friendly fleet to support your lifestyle.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must be at least 23 years old with two years of verifiable experience and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). The process includes a paid orientation to get you started. We encourage you to read testimonials from our current drivers to learn more about life on our team.
